Considering a change to the exterior appearance of your home or lot? Homeowners are reminded to review the CLAB Design Guidelines before making any changes and/or to contact our Property Manager for guidance. Forms and information are found by clicking on Architectural Review Board (ARB) on the menu on the left.
Inclement weather? Homeowners are responsible for clearing snow and ice from their property, including the sidewalk, driveway or assigned parking spaces. To assist in a thorough job of clearing snow, we request that all cars are removed from visitor parking lots prior to a snow event. Carriage Lawn at Barkley will not be responsible for any car left in visitor parking.

Our sanitation service (American Disposal Services - ADS) collects recyclables from your curb on Fridays. They pick up newspapers, aluminum, #2 plastic bottles, and glass placed in the green American Disposal Services recycling bin. To request a green recycling bin, call 703-368-0500.
For recycling other materials, check the Fairfax County Drop-Off Centers website or call the Recycling InfoLine at 703-324-5052 and access message "3."
While it may be tempting at times, resident parking in the Visitor Parking spaces is strictly prohibited. An HOA resolution passed in 2004 that restricts the use of these spaces to guests only. Exceptions may be made for residents when a driveway is being sealed or some other temporary event is taking place. This serves as a Notice that the HOA does intend to enforce this parking policy.
